Help us light up the SxSW stage by voting for our two panels
SxSW Sydney is happening again this October, and right now public voting for their programming is live. Thanks to your suggestions and requests, we’ve put together two stellar panels and we need your help to make them a reality. Voting is open for the remainder of the week, and we’d love you to vote so we can take to the stage and share a host of practical, pertinent insights with you.
Panel 1: Breaking Ground: How Emerging Fund Managers Ventured into Venture
In our first panel, Alex Khor, Cheryl Mack, Matt Browne and Kylie Frazer share how they are flipping the script to make their mark on the VC landscape and the new requisite skills required to navigate the rapidly changing VC ecosystem. They’ll also discuss their views on the transformative forces shaping VC; from the rise of new investment trends and technologies, to new funding models, to the pulse of emerging markets.
Panel 2: Brand Experience Unleashed: Why The Era of Cx Is Over
In this panel, 4 visionary DTC founders will discuss the shift in focus from merely satisfying customer needs to creating immersive and engaging brand experiences that are both memorable and meaningful. Georgia Danos (Gem), May Bandi (Skipper), Rachel Wilde (tbh) and Sam Naparstek (Rocco) will unpack their approach to creating iconic, enduring brands, while diving deep into the realm of brand storytelling, emotional engagement and experiential marketing.

Lucy Wark is putting forward a discussion on “How to Pivot Your Career: Lessons From Being Fired & Professional Setbacks to Starting a Sex Toy Company & Coaching Hundreds of People Through Career Transitions”.
Gabriel Guedes is proposing a panel called “Can we double pet life spans by 2050? A vision for healthier, longer-living companions.”
Tim Rossanis and Tim Fung are slated to take part in a proposed live podcast recording called “The Contrarians with Adam and Adir - Marketplace Disruptors: A Balancing Act”.
